An all purpose red body, with 7.5% medium grog, for wheel work and hand building. Fires to a light red at C/06, gradually getting darker and a deeper red at higher temperatures. At C/6, fires to a dark reddish-brown. This versitile body is a favorite of schools and clay artists. Takes commercial low fire glazes. Compatible with Rovin SKG and SKS base glazes, ROVIN "BRIGHT ICE" and ROVIN "SOFT TOUCH".
